About Bob Geer

     Bob spent over 50 years breeding and training American Quarter Horses.

     He is also an auctioneer, having sold all types of livestock, an aviator, and has a background in banking and financial services. He also has quite a history in Texas law enforcement - carrying that famed five Peso badge.

     "Mr. Bob" sponsored a 4-H Chapter at his covered arena for years, produced guaranteed money barrel races, and served on the livestock & arena committee of the Houston Livestock & Rodeo for over a decade. In 2007 & 2008 he served as a core-committee member designing a new equestrian and exposition center for Brazoria County, Texas.

     Bob is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, and served from 1963 to 1968.

     He is an active Mason and a Shriner, and is an endowed member of two Texas Lodges, a member of Bonners Ferry, ID. Lodge, a member of Creston Masonic Lodge in British Columbia and a member of the Arabia Shrine Temple in Houston, TX. He is a Past Master of Lake Jackson Masonic Lodge, and was awarded the Golden Trowel Award in 2004.
